Process Requirements

Typical materials: Fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, mineral powder, slag fines and collected dust.

Application challenge: Abrasive particles, elevated temperature and pressure differential can accelerate wear and increase air leakage.

FUWEI recommendation: Use robust cast or steel construction, wear-resistant treatment, suitable rotor clearance and high-temperature bearing arrangement.
