Process Requirements

Typical materials: Feed pellets, pet food, grain, premix powders, vitamins, minerals and bulk additives.

Application challenge: Pellets may break under excessive shear, while fine premix powders require steady dosing and reliable airlock sealing.

FUWEI recommendation: Select rotor pocket geometry, speed and clearance for gentle handling; use easy-clean access where recipes change frequently.
