Process Requirements

Typical materials: Plastic pellets, regrind, masterbatch, polymer powder, additives and resin granules.

Application challenge: Bulk density, particle shape, static tendency and softening temperature influence rotor filling, clearance and drive selection.

FUWEI recommendation: Match rotor speed, pocket size, surface treatment and body material to the resin and conveying pressure.
