Process Requirements

Typical materials: Fine chemical powders, pharmaceutical ingredients, additives, pigments, resins and hygroscopic powders.

Application challenge: Product contact surfaces, seal compatibility, cleanability and dust containment must be matched to the medium and cleaning procedure.

FUWEI recommendation: Stainless steel or non-metal-contact construction, polished or coated surfaces, suitable shaft seals and quick-access cleaning options.
